In September 2013, the KHK GmbH interviewed their cutomers about the handling of their orders as part of a continuous improvement process.
Customer satisfaction was queried in the areas of customer care, delivery time, product quality and cost-performance ratio.
The survey was conducted using the feedback tool "Feedbackstr" www.feedbackstr.com
